I really like Slide Rock and the Grand Canyon. From there it really doesn't matter to me what else we do! The Biking looks fun, but I will have to wait and see how I am feeling after just having a baby a little over a month earlier! :) I am excited it, it looks like lots of fun!!
I vote: 1-Rock slide 2-Fishing, they have about 5 lakes close by 3-Grand Canyon
On this site it says it's 60 miles north on 180, see map http://www.go-arizona.com/Grand-Canyon-National-Park-Attraction/ So it'd be about 2 hours round trip so not bad.
We are with Adri, Slide Rock and the Grand Canyon are our top picks. Then we are up for anything else. I am sure the boys would love fishing, so we can definitely do that.
I am in with everyone else - Slide Rock looks funny/fun and the Grand Canyon is a MUST. I also think I'd like to do some nice, easy hikes/nature walks to someplace pretty. Something the kids wouldn't get too tired doing and is close to the campsite. Fishing sounds good too, Max would LOVE it (probably for 10 minutes, but it would be a really GREAT 10 minutes!)
